Students build their capacities to become creative leaders and to work constructively as part of dynamic and collaborative teams through the integration of an ecological perspective for their work, organizations, communities, and the planet.

Leaders & Ladders

This game exhibits my take away from the course. It demonstrates how to be an impactful, creative leader through gamification.

Similar to the game “Chutes & Ladders”, the player moves back and forth on the board, emulating real life challenges, until they receive Leader status by making it to the end. Creative leadership concepts are taught through quotes, facts and true or dare actions.

This game is designed to be printed at home or used digitally.

the end goal:

becoming a creative leader

The game guides players through three phases—Student, Problem Solver, and Creative Leader—mirroring how the course develops students into creative leaders.

In the end, players apply and evaluate if they have become an official creative leader.
